I’m sitting in my camper next to the Susquahanna river just above the Clarkefsferry bridge watching a lot of good sized lumps of foam floating down. It doesn’t look natural to me. It’s not bright white and not light tan just in the middle. More white than tan. I’m just curious about the source. I know there are a lot of people that live alongside the river that care about pollution and a lot that don’t.
