Six consecutive HERYN (Helping Engage our River's Youth with Nature) program days from June 21-26, 2021, introduced 73 young people ages 10-13 to valuable hands-on skills in both kayaking and fishing at the Central Pennsylvania Wesleyan Campground near New Columbia.
Before getting into the daily photo galleries, videos, news coverage and other elements, here is an overview video from staff photographer/videographer Michael Kinney:
Middle Susquehanna Riverkeeper John Zaktansky takes a moment to reflect on the success of the program in this column.

Also, WNEP television's Pennsylvania Outdoor Life show stopped in to check out our HERYN program. Watch that footage here.
