Event update: Due to circumstances beyond our control, the 2024 Adult Prom originally scheduled for Friday, June 14, will be postponed. A new date will be announced soon.

Building on the success of last year's Middle Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association's Roaring '20s Adult Prom aboard the Hiawatha Paddleboat near Williamsport, the program will return on Friday, June 14, for a "Sock Hop on the Susquehanna!"

The program begins at 6 p.m. as a fundraiser for the Vernal School Environmental Education Partnership at the Montour Preserve. The initiative encompasses efforts to address deferred projects, enhance universal accessibility and offer educational programs at the 640-acre nature preserve in Montour County.
Live music at the Adult Prom will again be provided by the group Blue River's Soul. Tickets can be purchased for $30 each or $55 per couple. The price includes a two-hour cruise on the Hiawatha Riverboat featuring live music, dancing and a dessert bar. Since this is an adult event, a cash bar will be available for guests interested in purchasing drinks.

Please come dressed for the theme, as prom queen and king will be crowned at the end of the event.
Please be sure to purchase your tickets for this event below to lock in your place aboard this cruise. Places are limited!

I would like a full refund for the tickets to the Adult Prom on the Hiawatha June 14, 2024. I found out it was postponed by chance, not letting us all know by email is
Irresponsible. We are leaving June 24th for 6 months and your new date would not be suitable for us.

Ms. Tweardy,

You full refund was set up via PayPal and you should see it soon. We apologize for not reaching out right away. We had to make the hard call to postpone this and were hoping to quickly nail down the new date to see if people who already signed up wanted to transition their tickets or get a refund all in the same email. We didn't get the date finalized yet as we are working with the Hiawatha team, musicians and others. I am sorry you won't be able to join us. Please let us know if you have any issue with the refund.
