Favorite photos 2020

The outdoor resources we all enjoy throughout the Middle Susquehanna watershed are beautiful and worth sharing ... and we are thankful for the many talented photographers who take us along on their adventures through the lens of their cameras. Dr. Joseph Simons III: Top 80 images from 2020

Dr. Joseph Simons III, the Vice President of the Middle Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association Board of Directors, loves fly fishing for trout and exploring the outdoors. That was especially true in 2020, where our river-based resources offered a welcomed escape for he and his family. You can contact him about his images by sending an email.

Riverkeeper photo contest: Adult Entries

Earlier in 2020 during the beginning period of pandemic-fueled quarantine orders, the Middle Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association encouraged people to reconnect with our outdoor resources by offering a photo contest. Images were voted on via the Riverkeeper website and prizes were given in three age categories.

A total of 74 images were submitted in the adult category, for those over 18 years old. They included:

A total of 20 images were submitted in the teen category, for those between 12 and 18 years of age. They included:
